Miriam's background includes working as a senior manager on an Executive Team, as well as working across the management spectrum - from Boards of Directors to first line managers - as an Executive Coach, Trainer and Consultant.

She is a certified trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, she has herself an extensive education in this field having studied with Robert Dilts, Judith DeLozier, Susie Smith in the USA and David Shepherd and Ian McDermot and others here in the UK. A Member of the NLPU Global and Training Community, an Affiliate of NLPU, A Certified NLP Coach, a Science Graduate and a Member of the International Coaching Federation. Miriam is accredited to offer a wide range of psychometric tests - as she is also an Organisational Psychologist - these include Extended DISC, iwam, Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) and the Leadership Styles Inventory (LSI).

Paul has long been intrigued by what makes people ‘tick’ and in particular what makes some people more effective, those high achievers amongst you. Paul’s natural interest in ‘modelling’ – learning about what works well for others - resonates strongly with NLP.

Paul has twenty years plus experience of working in and developing teams to become the best they can. A strong advocate of the mentoring management style, Paul has worked as an Associate Director in an Executive Management Team in the health sector before setting up his own consultancy business.

Energy and enthusiasm underpin Paul’s approach to life in general and characterise his highly effective and motivating style of facilitating groups and individuals. He brings a purposeful combination of rigour and creativity to working with clients to identify issues and solve problems.

Paul uses NLP tools and techniques in both his business development and personal life; he has a number of century (100 mile) rides under his belt and has found NLP inspired coaching a powerful ally in his journey to success!

Ilaria is an international executive coach, facilitator and communication trainer. Ilaria blends her broad multi-cultural experience of living and working in the UK, Switzerland, France, as well as the USA with the warmth and zest for life of her native Italy. Her work is characterized by her outstanding listening skills, by her quick mind and her focused approach on rapidly eliciting effective solutions.

In recent years Ilaria has joined a selected group of coaches who regularly work at IMD, the international Lausanne Based Business School, as a Coach, Facilitator and Trainer on a variety of Leadership Programmes that bring on campus senior executives from all over the world.

Her approach is characterized by her unique way to quickly getting to the core of the most complex leadership challenges and simplify them through the use of powerful metaphors that quickly capture the imagination of her multinational audiences.

Julie is an experienced business leader, consultant, and coach with broad experience in a variety of business and public sectors.

Since 2005 Julie has combined her broad business experience with world-renowned materials and coaching techniques to offer business consulting and coaching to senior executives in the corporate, SME and public sectors. Julie is a Results Coaching Systems Advanced Certified Coach, a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) accredited trainer, a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Association for Coaching.

She is currently working toward official recognition as a Professional Certified Coach with ICF having exceeded the required training hours (over 200) and paid coaching hours (850). In addition, she is a qualified NLP practitioner, and accredited to use Saville Consulting Wave products. Julie upholds high standards within her practice and works to the ethical code of the International Coach Federation.
